Any vector graphics programmers out there?

Here's what I'd love to play:

- Graphics type: Vector (wide-screen and split down the middle). I'm thinking vector to raster conversion like what MAME does.
- Two ships in plan view.
- 3x3 screens that scroll to follow the ships (small mini-map at the top that shows entire play area).
- Players set traps for each other (force fields, electrical barriers, mines, etc...).
- Variable win scenarios (including first to a certain number of opponents destroyed).
- Configurable handicaps to allow for various skill levels to square off against each other (number of shields, etc...).
- Level editor for making and saving your own mazes.

It would be like a cross between Asteroids and Tank on a scrolling playfield.
