The whole "$60 = too expensive" argument is extremely silly especially with development cost skyrocketing to triple that of a ps2 games and selling at around a retail price we used to forced our parents to pay for NES games by Christmas in the 80's.
#1 I don't sell my games and I do my best to make every dollar count when it comes to purchasing entertainment. You may think that silly, I like to think of it as smart buying practice. With a wife, two kids, two dogs, and a cat who all need things and like to eat I have to make do with the games I have and wait for the inevitable sale on new games I want to play.

#2 Spending $75.00 on a Power Rangers game in any year might be considered silly. Just sayin...

Gotta admit that this series is intriguing me. Although I had heard of Pikmin I really paid it no mind. After looking up some gameplay I may try to find a copy of the gamecube original to try. One of the things I love about this hobby is discovering new gaming experiences to try that I might have dismissed in the past.

I bought the game last week and didn't really think too much of it at first. Then yesterday I put about 3 hours into one co op level and am officially hooked. We beat the first stage of the co-op challenge battles with 5400 points, way ahead of anyone else on the leader boards. Very fun and challenging.

My dad secretly paid for the game himself and put the money I saved all summer into a college fund instead.
