Default Awesome store - What's on Second - Birmingham, AL

For my fellow Alabama gamers/retrogamers/collectors, if you have not been to What's on Second in Birmingham yet, you should check it out. It's an antique/collectible store on 2nd Ave. N in downtown Birmingham with a rather large section for video games (including all the vintage stuff we love), vintage toys and other stuff. The stock rotates frequently....I've seen everything from Gameboy & Vectrex to NEO-GEO AES systems and games, even an arcade machine.

They have some pics up on their FB page here: https://www.facebook.com/whatsonsecondbirmingham

I've been checking this place out and it's AWESOME. Pretty much the only place to find retro stuff in the Birmingham area besides 2nd & Charles and Zone1. (though the latter is run by a lunatic of a man)
    In Heaven, everything is fine.

Sure, they have some great stuff, but how are their prices?

With the things I've been interested in (and bought) pretty well on the mark for SOLD eBay auctions. Even better no price is firm and the owner will gladly make a deal on anything. (He brought this up to me himself which was a shocker!)

So far I've got Alundra complete with the map for $20, Panic for Sega CD complete for $20 as well, and Street Fighter Zero 2 Saturn import (with spinecard!) for $10. Also of note when I bought Alundra was a COMPLETE copy of Brigandine for $35 and that went fast. Didn't have enough to grab it, nor Phantasy Star 2 with the manual which was $8. (though I'm not entirely sure if that's on the low end for that game)
    In Heaven, everything is fine.
