It's a Donkey Kong clone, and the filename is "CRASE". There's no in-game title screen or credits. I can't remember where I got it; it's on a disk with some random crap. Wondering if this is anything that's never been dumped.

EDIT: It looks like there were at least two different games released with that name, and neither of the ones I can find with a cursory Google search match the picture
