    Unhappy Buy Used Repros?

Hi wanted to buy from Nes-reproductions a Sweet Home repro, but because of the bloated conversion from peso to dollar, i cant afford it, since i cant ship a donor cart, and 37 dollars are in equivalent 500 Mexican pesos.

I am looking for an used repro of Sweet home that you might offer.

I offer 15 dollars, not sure how much is for shipping, payment via Western Union (i don't have nor cant open a Paypal account, and i heard reports that Mexican Paypal cancels payments to American accounts!)

I am not sure if something like this is allowed, or the right place for asking this.

I really hope you can help me, and that i ain't causing any trouble.

You would have to get really lucky to find someone willing to sell a repro for less than they paid because the repro's are used carts of other games already anyway, therefore being used won't change the price any. You'll probably have to save money for it. Just put $15 aside every month and you'll be able to afford it after 3 times.

No it's not that, it's just that a lot of people set aside a certain amount of money each month for games and spend it right away. But I was saying it is possible to decide to not spend that money every time. That's how I get more expensive items is I restrain myself from buying things for a few months. Like if I want a high end computer I have to save money every month for a year.

Pretty much you'd have to find someone who doesn't like repros anymore and doesn't want them in their collection anymore because of the Powerpak or something like that. They feel like they made a mistake spending more money on repros in the long run than they would have had to in order to just buy one powerpak. Those people are pretty rare though nowadays because now more people know about Powerpaks and everdrives than people who know about repros so they just go straight to buying the big one.

Of course a WTB thread is allowed, however, it belongs in the BUY/SELL portion of the forums.

No need to lock the thread, no one is getting nasty, they're just letting you know that repros aren't cheap and really don't drop in value all that quickly, or ever, considering the work that goes into making physical carts.

I'm just going to shimmy this to Buy/Sell unless you actually want it locked. If you do I'll lock it.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.
