Default "Final Fight" - A Question About Rena

For those of you familiar with the Final Fight canon, does anyone know exactly how would Rena be pronounced?

It may be pronounced as /'ri:nə/ or /'reɪnə/ or even /'rɛnə/. The first two IPA pronunciation keys will both apply to the common spelling "Rena" and of "Reina" (the latter spelling, when pronounced with the first IPA key listed, would imply a chiefly Scottish name).

Anyway you pronounce the name of this character, I wonder how her name had been translated for English consumption? Like how we're used to seeing it here, or would it have been based on some non-Japanese name, such as the Nordic/Baltic "Lena" (remember that "L" becomes "R" in the Japanese language)?

Considering this is Guy's fiance in Japan, I would imagine "reh-nah."

L doesn't necessarily become R, they just have a sound that's in between, so it could translate either way. Same with V and B.
