Side question if on paypal an expected date when the money will clear from a sale is listed does it happen exactly at 12 or later on during the day at some point

Like for an e-check? That can happen at any time. If you look at the details, I believe it will say "expected" clearing date, but it also lists a range of several days. Yep, I happen to have one and just checked. It says "Pending until December 23", then in details it says "eCheck estimated completion: Dec 23, 2013 - Dec 26, 2013." Hasn't cleared yet.

I think if you don't have your account verified 'enough', they hold even regular payments until delivery of the item or somesuch. In that case I don't have an answer for you.

I'm actually looking to sell that Neo Geo Pocket Color mentioned before. Shouldnt have bought it. It works perfectly and the games do too I just have too many bills and it was an impulse buy I also currently don't have a job. Holy crap! You just solved the biggest issue of my life.

I had the EXACT thing happen to me with a buyer on some Sega Genesis cases. Long story short, he paid and i sent the items to him. Never heard from him again. I sent him a long email suggesting that he take responsibility for his actions and to be a beacon of righteousness in this dark age and do the right thing. I may have touched him spiritually. eBay...what a joke sometimes.

The blink tag well and truly died a while ago; no major browsers support it anymore. I suppose it's still possible to throw in an animated GIF or some funky javascript. Maybe it will come to that.

Maybe I should say "case" instead of "box". My concern is that people might not grasp what "case" means.
