Any modders in Vegas?
I couldn't find anything but professional repair stores on my local craigslist, as this is a specific fix and I don't know if they can deal with it.

Hey man I have a soldering iron and have done a lot of soldering. I am also Electronics Repair certified but I do it mostly for fun. I've never done that fuse mod but I have done fuse mods on other consoles many times and it's something I am fairly comfortable with doing.
Oldskool moved before I could meet him. Now I'm looking to get a region switch for my model 2 US Saturn. Anyone locally who could help?
