Default Can You Use mineral oil to cool a Sega dreamcast?

I have been thinking about doing this. Is it possible to put a Sega dreamcast in a fish tank and use mineral oil to cool it? I have seen this done on PC's before but I'm wondering if it can be done on the dreamcast. If will I need to add a radiator to it, or will it just stay cool enough with a fan inside? Thanks

There's nothing wrong with the stock cooling system in the DC, it would be counterproductive to dunk one in mineral oil just to keep it cool.
