It has a cover of a game which is twisted metalthe back of a game disc n the front of the game on top of the back of the game so there is two discs mounted on a heavy metal plaque. It has a Ps logo and read the following.PRESENTED to Sony interactive studios. The platinum award to celebrate the manu factor of more than 500,000 copies of twisted metal for the PlayStation 2 game console fiscal year ending July 31 2006. I cannot find anything like this on the internet for sale. Did I make a mistake when I passed it up for 100 bucks????? Thanks
