I think the 7.8 however you got to it is a little low. I'd call it a middling 8. I don't like auto-scroll but it's done in a way it won't get you squashed unless you're really stupid about it, like in SMB3 which has them too. I agree on all the positives and much of the negatives, and I guess I wouldn't hate the quiz if I could read it, but it still seems retardedly out of place.

I keep posting on this now and again to keep it alive as it's just a fun thing to explore if you get the adapter or hardware for it. We missed out on some legitimately fun stuff that was either too goofy, or perhaps some license got in the way (Konami Rampart smokes the other.)

I have no idea about GunNac, not sure who here would without firing up an emulator since I'd think people would have the US version.
