Galaxy Patrol (U.F.O) LCD cartridge. What the crap is this?

I work at a recycling company and we found this in a recent shipment. I have no clue what this goes to and my co-workers are curious what it is.

Can anyone shed any light on what this goes to?

From my googling, it appears to be from a Made in China handheld that has 2 games on the cartridge, one being Galaxy Patrol, and the other being U.F.O. It is from a line known as Two Games In One.
