Default WTB: Sega CD (Model 1) PARTS

I just purchased a model 1 Sega CD, however, it appears to be missing the screws that hold the disc unit to the case. In addition, the first two or three wires on the ribbon cable are severed. If anyone has a broken unit I could buy for parts, or if you have just a spare ribbon cable, let me know! Thanks!

I've got one but model 1s are a pricy item even just for parts. Mine has a problem with the tray being misaligned but beyond that it works fine.

For the right price I might be willing to check out mine and source you replacement parts.
I fix things. You name it, I'll work on it. Want something modded? Recapped?

If that doesn't work out shoot me a PM there's one laying in the shops "dead" pile and I'm sure we can part with it.

I've got a model 1 that is not working, Not sure I'd just want to send just the ribbon cable though. Are you interested in buying the whole thing for parts?

Well I just paid a good amount for mine as it is so I'm not looking to spend a lot on a whole second unit. What would you be looking to get for it? What's wrong with it? If no one else is able to provide just the cable, I'd consider it if the price is right.

when I put a disk in, it makes a grinding noise, and won't play the disk. I think some of the teeth are worn on a couple gears the spins the disk. I'll PM you an asking price.
