Question, if you know the answer, are the internals of the system the same or was there hardware differences with the kiosk units?
The Kiosks are the exact same as retail units - it's just a firmware adjustment that turns them into demo units. They can be 'jailbroken' into retail units.

Thank you for the information. I was curious as I know there have been system variants from kiosks where they were different from the regular retail versions.
