if it is PAL then you will need a PAL tv or some sort of PAL/NTSC converter. Honestly those are a dime a dozen around where I am. Though they are the N64 controller with a Genesis shape second player and a gun. See em at every flee everywhere from $15-50 depending on who is selling them.

I picked up the one that looks like a nintendo 64 controller and it works great! this one is the super joy III and it has 76000 games built in. it hooks up with 2 rca plugs. this one also lets you play famicom carts, there is a slot for them on the bottom of the controller. I paid 4 dollars for it.
