Atari 7800 problem

Hello, I recently acquired this system from my grandma's garage and noticed there was a wire sticking out where the video output should be. How can I fix this?

ah well I think it might be time to go for an A/V mod because your going to wind up putting just as much work into repairing that as you would with an a/v mod
