Really cute girls in that, even if they're all coplayed out. :P Seriously though, that FF Explorers game for 3DS I got to get a crack at that. Bravely Second I might too, yet I know if it's like the original I'll play probably 2/3 to 3/4 of it and stop just because of how it's setup, but at least the ride is fun enough as you go t justify it. Interesting but I don't recall seeing Kingdom Hearts 3 just 2.5HD that has been well delayed enough that it's now being pushed to the last gen system not that it should hurt it sales wise for sure as PS3 will get support for another couple years I imagine as that's how Sony rolls. FF Type0 HD looks solid too for the PS4, that I'm quite interested in seeing how that one turns out ultimately, may buy that.

Have Square Enix ever done a damn thing with anything from Taito? Such as all those NES titles?

I don't think they have. I do have arkanoid on my phone, but other than that and space invaders being plundered with an update on DS I think they just bought it to have it, not to do anything useful which is a shame since they seem to not do well at making money some years.

They did a few DS games and updates I can think of, the strangest being that Legend of Kage sequel. It was decent. I do believe they did the Space Invaders Extreme games and Arkanoid DS, which was awesome with the controller add on, which also works with Space Invaders Extreme. I think they also did Space Bust a Move. There's so much Taito goodness going unused, though...

I did forget that pair, Kage was redone and they did another Bust a Move too. It was a real cheap assed shame we got robbed of that arkanoid/sie spinner controller for the DS.
