I need to replace some save batteries, but I don't know what this type of screw is called.
Thanks in advance.

Look up "Game bit" on the ebays and you'll find exactly what you need.
Its the same size security screw that NES carts have.
It's a 4.5mm security bit.
I have actually done a couple battery changes with a cheap Radio Shack soldering iron. It is best that you buy one of those batteries on ebay that already has the soldering joints attached to it. They cost like $3 each shipped. Just look up Game Boy Battery. There is usually enough solder on the old joints to just melt it, and place the new joints into the hot wet liquid before it cools off and dries. I didn't need to use any of my solder by being resourceful like that.
I did that earlier this year with Crystalis on the NES, same cheap 15 dollar soldiering iron kit with all the stuff you need from Radio Shack. I ended up heating the solder up enough then using a pry tool in the kit to wiggle the dead battery away. I kept the metal fluid and just slid the new one in and let it harden (then cool) and it was good to go.
While regular GB and GBC carts use gamebit, GBA carts use tri-wing. THE MORE YOU KNOW --*
