Default Does anyone know how to repair a Saturn catridge slot?

My Sega Saturn's cartridge slot doesn't appear to be working. Anyone here got any ideas where I could get it repaired?

Are you sure it doesn't work? They can be pretty finicky.

They get dirty and finicky in a hurry. I would clean it and the memory card/RAM cart/Game Shark thoroughly. Even then it will be fussy, so don't be surprised if it takes several tries. You'll notice on whatever cart you're using that it uses tiny, narrow connector pins, and it only takes one not connecting to not work. Once I get mine working, I leave the cart in until I just have to remove it.

Try inserting the cart all the way in, then pulling it up a few centimeters. For me that works around 95% of the time.

    I second this approach.

If the slot is really toast you are boned though unless you want to buy a new unit. There is no easy replacement for them.
