Default Dreamcast problem - Flashing light and no video or audio

It's been a long while since I played my Dreamcast, and last time I played, it was fine. I dug it out and tried to play it, what's going on is that it powers on with a flashing light and doesn't display anything on screen or even make any sound.

I've had the front light flash at me before years ago, after something got dropped on it's spot (I think it was some kind of glass) but it never did anything besides that, it still worked fine, and it didn't flash everytime I turned on my Dreamcast, but still did every once in a while, but from what I remember it would still operate anyway.

I think the last time it was played was about 3 months ago when I carried it in a backpack as usual to my friends house and we played it, which it was still working fine.

I hope anyone has ideas of what is wrong. I would at least like to know what type of problem it is, like if its a Power Supply thing or something with the Mother board, I know a bit about replacing. But if you do know anything, please let me know. I really loved my Dreamcast and it sucks that this is happening : (

    If any of this helps...
-Everything was plugged in and tuned to the right channel (everything else works on it)
    - I did play games burnt on cd-r a bit
    - when it was stored this time it had my SNES laying on it I think.

    Heres the video:

Hopefully it's a basic power supply problem.
I fix things. You name it, I'll work on it. Want something modded? Recapped?

Is the light just flashing or is the console constantly resetting? Random or constant resetting is a known issue with the console, and not too difficult to fix.

The Dreamcast has a sorta goofy mounted power pcb. Take it apart and clean the pins and contacts and it should be fine.
