I think they were sold at Costco, and maybe BJ's wholesale club.
Its the type of thing u pick up on CL when you can find them cheap. Like I said, they dont have a huge selection of games.
The neo cabinet had like 5 games I think? There were also 2 Taito cabinets, a large stand up machine and a smaller one. You could switch SD cards to make the Neo cabinet play the Taito games. The taito selection was ok. It had like 3 versions of space invaders (meh) and arkanoid... yeah and playing arkanoid on the machine is just not happening. Once you get good at arkanoid with the dial you just cant play it with the joystick. So they kinda are a mixed bag.
Repaired my broken American Laser Games light gun for 3DO and played some Space Pirates to test it out. I do love those corny-ass American Laser Games releases. Maybe play some Who Shot Johnny Rock and Drug Wars later.

He has Rolling Thunder on his machine and I SUCK at it...but on the NES I can do better.
Rolling Thunder (Nintendo Entertainment System, 1989)
Been working through a few more Capcom games from my backlog:
Mega Man - ok, played this 100's of times before and this time I managed to beat the game with only losing 1 life to the final boss. Not too shabby, but now I gotta replay the game again to try and beat it without losing any lives at all!
F1 Dream (Arcade and PC Engine versions) - I don't like this game at all. Its controls are really cumbersome and the AI cheats and pushes you out the way screwing you over. Just a poor game all around, the PC engine port is no better, with worse track design and almost all the problems the arcade version suffered. Avoid.
1943 Kai (arcade and PC Engine) - loved this game. The arcade version was great, but its the PC Engine port I really connected with - its a great port with a slightly more kind difficulty curve and several brand new awesome levels to tackle after you finish the main game. Well worth tracking down.
Forgotten Worlds - Almost managed to 1cc the game, but the final boss got the better of me. Super fun to play, really nicely designed bosses. I'm looking forward to seeing how the console ports compare.
Ghouls n Ghosts (Saturn arcade port) - Another favourite of mine, and one that I really enjoyed replaying. My only issue with the difficulty was more down to enemies spawning on top of me, gives me no chance to evade so I took damage somewhat unfairly at times I felt, most evident on stage 4-B. Otherwise it was fairly straight forward, getting the super weapon and doing the entire thing a second time was straight forward, aiming up really helps to easily dispatch the Red Aremers. This is probably my favourite game in the series - with better levels and bosses than the original Ghosts n Goblins and shorter levels compared to Super GnG its pretty much exactly what I wanted from the series.

Shenmue and grandia 2 briefly and powerstone with a friend

Retro Freak
Splatterhouse Wanpaku Graffiti
Got a retro freak recently and giving it a run through for the famicom games i have.
Not much today. Played a credit of Centipede and a credit of Sunset Riders on the arcade cabinets. Not a great game of either, but Centipede is always a good time and Sunset Riders has such a catchy soundtrack. Maybe after my next tournament I'll get a couple of the guys to stick around for a fun four player run. So fun that way.
Picked these up at a place in Seattle called Pink Gorilla and have been playing them tonight. The Boxing game is meh but I'm not super disappointed in it. YYH Final is a good addition to my fighting game collection.
(You may choose to ignore the background if you like. My "thing" is to take photos of scores in front of random websites)
I've moved onto playing games for my Sega CD and 32X and enjoying the hell out of Sega CD. Android Assault is my most recent purchase and it's a great game. I'm also playing Night Trap and Rise of the Dragon.

Console of the Month: PlayStation
I've been playing a lot of Slain over the last week. Its a indie game on the PS4 that has beautiful pixel graphics and gameplay sort of similar to the original Castlevania games (though this game has a heavy emphasis on countering enemies attacks). Its a tough, yet very fun game, I've almost finished it twice now, just trying to do some of the harder boss related trophies.
Retro wise I've been playing lots of Forgotten Worlds. I first played the Master System port, and bearing in mind the limitations of the system I think its great. The game control scheme is ok, at least they took into account the limitations of the controls when redesigning the power ups as they are different to the arcade versions - these new powerups have a much bigger focus on shooting both in front and behind at the same time, or a large radius which evens out the game difficulty nicely. Unfortunately the game is missing quite a few levels, but I did really enjoy what was in the game.
Next was the Mega Drive port. It looks the part and is silky smooth. I was happy to see a nice number of control options present and it has an extra level or two not in the Master System port. Its still missing a couple of stages though. Overall a really fun port, but the missing content hurts what is otherwise a great port.
Last comes the PC Engine version, which had the most annoying controls of the bunch - since if you don't have a 3 button pad you have to use the start button to rotate your shots in one direction with button II handling the rotation in the other direction. If you set the game to auto fire then the I button is basically useless unless you purchase one crap powerup. I'd have much preferred a button config option to have things laid out how I like. Really though, the controls and maybe the loading are my only complaints (load times are short, but the slight pause between levels and bosses felt like it slowed up the progress of the game probably more than it actually did). Thankfully the game is all here - all the enemies and levels seemed present with wonderful sprites (though not without flickering here and there) and a great CD soundtrack. Technically this is the best port - its all here and as long as you can get used to the controls you'll have no problems enjoying this ace shooter. The final boss is a bastard on anything above easy difficulty though!
World Grand Prix (Sega Master, 1986) ...I never played this before...
Shinobi (Sega Master, 1988) I like this version..
Shanghai (Sega Master, 1988) ..I had no idea what it was..
I had always wanted to get a Game Wizard as a lad when I saw them in catalogues. I finally found one for decent price. The games are pretty garbage but I'd likely have enjoyed them as a kid. On the lookout for more games as soon as I get paid next but it's tough finding any without buying a new console (each of the consoles was branded with a license and I only need the one).
