Default Trying to Fix Genesis V1

I have checked the voltage regulators and do not have any voltage on the left terminals using the middle terminal as ground. Red power LED works when using a 9v AC power supply from a NES (mistakenly), but does not come on with a 9v DC power supply. Power has been verified to the main board. Appreciate any help or ideas.

Wondering what exactly supplies voltage to the left terminal on the regulators?

Posted in another sub-forum here, but I think this is the better sub-forum. Sorry for double post.
