How it works: Games start getting posted in the group. It will say something along the lines of 30 slots for $2. You put in the comments of the game how many slots you want. Once all slots are accounted for, then you pay for the slots.
After that, the game is ran live on stream in a list randomizer to see who get's the game. I got mega man 7 for $28 on this type of system. Along with final fight 3 for $12. It's all just a random game of chance. I think it's kind of fun, but that could be my own personal opinion.
