Default sega saturn loud static noise

Hi guys, the problem is, my model 1 Sega Saturn has a loud noise problem.
it's noticeable when I play any games, a loud white static noise in the background, I fixed it before when I switch the power supply inside the Saturn, but now this one is going bad I think. Is there a fix that anyone knows? you think if I replace the fuse that would fix it?

thanks for reading and any reply would help out greatly.

    Default update

Okay it seems tobe acting up when I have the 4 in 1 cart, when I don't have it, its okay.
I have to blow on the cart and press it in just right, then its ok.
