Default Ebay bidders, STOP CALLING ME!

This is getting CREEPY! Just because you get free long distance does NOT mean it's acceptable to call every number you can find. Is there any way to block your ebay phone unless it is necessary?
This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks an ebay winner has called. And it's getting stranger.
Tonight (after 9pm) an ebay bidder calls "This is Danny, I won this game from you but I used my friends name to bid on it so the money order I'm sending tomorrow will have my name on it just so you know"
me: "yes, we got your email explaining that. Make sure you include the item number/description of item and write your name and address clearly."
Danny explains 4 more times about the money order
    I reiterate my response.
Danny: "so where did you get this game, it's pretty hard to find"
me: "Um, yes. Brian collects games and it was an extra he found"
Danny: "Hey, so how old are you?..."
me: "Well, is there anything else I can help you with? It's getting late here."
    Danny (upset) : "Fine!"

Yeah, it's kind of scary... I've had people call me from ebay too. IMO, they shouldn't be able to get your phone number unless there is a problem. Half the reason people use ebay is because of the disconnectivity it provides.

If you ship fedex and use thier online system, you *must* supply a phone number for the recipient (so fedex can call them if there's a problem). Getting the number from ebay is frequently quicker than trying to get it from the buyer.

I don't care. If I fulfill every one of my obligations properly I don't feel like fielding a 1am phone call from Consuelo in California because she's impatient for her item. Consuelo can kiss my ass.

Yet another reason to always include a tracking number.

If you don't have a valid # and someone tells E-Bay they will cancel your account. E-Bay rules say you must have a valid phone #.

What is your eBay name? I want to buy one of your items just so that I can get your number and call and harass you.

The problem now is that a lot of local phone services now offer nationwide long distance for free or you can get long distance for free from your cell phone provider. This is just going to get worse as more and more people have unlimited long distance. You could change your eBay phone number to a voice mail or something to avoid the calls. I have caller id and if I don't recognize the name or number, I just let my answering machine get it.
