Default Edge pixelation on Master System

I've been having a problem with edge pixelation, among other video issues, on my Master System. If you've seen it on a bad Sega Genesis, it's just like that. It's tolerable in some games, but on Snail Maze of all games, the issues make it nearly impossible to see some walls, and it makes some objects hard to make out in Zillion.

Every Genesis I've owned has had this issue to a varying degree. It is the least apparent on my VA6 model 1 systems, but it is there. My experience with this issue has been independent of the consoles.

Now, I already tried a full capacitor replacement. I replaced every single one aside from the couple inside of the RF PCB. I used pretty high grade electrolytic capacitors, and to my surprise, the procedure made absolutely no difference. The colors don't even look any better than they were, but then again, that wasn't really the issue.

Does anyone have any ideas? If nobody can think of anything, I'm going to do the next most obvious thing and replace the resistors.

If it's been happening with every system you have even after replacing the capacitors, maybe the problem is with your TV.
