Super Retro Trio video output question

Does anyone know if the SRT outputs at 240p, or if it upscales to 480?

I ask because I have an HD-PVR 1212 which won't record 240p content, and I'm considering picking up a SRT if it does 480.

From stuff I can recall int he past, sorry can't site it, but it's 240p not 480. It's just cheap chinese hardware, 3 boards slapped together in 1 shell to run 3 different carts. It wasn't made to be outstanding quality that'll last forever.
