The reboot actually made me like Tomb Raider again, which I really didn't care much for after the first as it always seemed to have some problems other than that Anniversary/Legend thing they ddi in the Gamecube era.
As far as the new one, I'm kind of not even sure if I'll buy it. Since they decided to be stupid petulant greedy children about it and let MS buy them off with a year long exclusivity contract I'm not really sure I want to give them any of my money for it. I'm not saying I wouldn't play it, but I'd be fairly likely to find it on craigslist after about a month for $20 off just to be smart with my cash and spite them too. I wasn't all that amused when they complained how the first one was a so called failure when they sold over 4M copies and said it was a bomb because it didn't make them enough. The thing is I think I like it because they realized their model for the past games was dated and fairly well sucked, realized how damn well naughty dog did with the Uncharted trilogy and decided to blatantly rip if off as they handle very similarly and also interactive with the environment and camera play closely as well.
I really enjoyed Tomb Raider 2013, even if it took a lot more inspiration from the Uncharted games than the original TR games. It was a fun ride.
Looking forward to playing the new game whenever possible.
Crystal Dynamics took some Uncharted features but I think they mainly improve their model (that was clearly past) with the actual action-adventure model. There are many similarity between Uncharted and TR 2013, but Uncharted also took some features of the past TR. We can't say that TR totally ripped off Uncharted. They took a part of the inspiration of TR 2013 in Uncharted, sure.
Personally, I'm love TR since i'm 2yo. I pre-order TR in 2013 and I did the same thing for Rise of the Tomb Raider that I pre-ordered in summer 2015

The reboot was an awesome game. I really enjoyed that one. I'll definitely get it on the cheap.
Well, IGN gave a 9.3/10 to the game http://www.ign.com/games/rise-of-the...x-one-20002867 but Gamekult (french website) gave a 6/10 http://www.gamekult.com/jeux/test-ri...50272781t.html
This game has been on my radar for awhile but because of all the other games available I don't really have to buy it at launch. But eventually I will pick it up.

My brother liked the reboot, but he is annoyed that he has to wait at least a year for it to come to PC.
I picked up the 360 version the other day and played for a couple hours. Just a bigger, badder Tomb Raider 2013. The game is gorgeous even on the older hardware, which, in my opinion, just goes to show that if there was a way to expand the PS3/360 with some more RAM and/or a beefier GPU (ala 32X), there would be no need for the Orbis or Durango.
