    Default Snes wavy staticy lines issue

    Picked up an snes and noticed this issue.
    I am using a snes/n64 composite cable and a cheapy 2 in 1 retro ac adaptor

    Looks like hum bars from a bad rectifier diode or a poor quality filter cap. The 2 in 1 supplies are known for problems like this and I wouldn't do any troubleshooting until you have a higher quality power supply.

    I might pop er open and give it a good clean too, check for corrosion.
    given your location says Florida and most of the state is a beach that salty sea air is hard on electronics so unless one of the previous owners was a heavy indoor smoker its probably got at least a little bit.

    and yea ditch the 2 in 1, good after market AC adapters are hard to find any more, look hard enough at a good will and you'll find a Nintendo one for cheap
