    Default Early PSX menus? (OG Playstation)

    the long and short of it is some one here might not know but I am gonna ask.

    didn't some of the launch day Japanese PSX systems have different menus?
    like the CD and Memory Card menus

    Not sure about the different Menu in the earliest PS1s, but the later edition grey models have the Sound Scope Music Player. The best would be the 7000 series which has both Soundscope and the Parallel Port. Look for the PS1 disc "Baby Universe" to try on other versions of the PS1.

    nah I wasn't even thinking about that, but I have a few 750x systems with it.
    I just thought there was a grey menu version of the earliest PSX system
