Are there any good ones for sega CD or Saturn that you know of?

Genesis Gems and Galaxy SEGA are good for SEGA CD, and Galaxy SEGA is good for Saturn. As far as console-specific groups go, I don't know of any by name for those consoles, but I'm sure they exist.

None of them. Facebook is a big part of what's wrong with the world today.
