Missed a deal on a Gamecube cause the craigslister never showed up

Had a deal, $10 on a Gamecube, which started but didn't read discs. Figured it'd be fun to tinker around with. But they never showed up at the meeting location. :sad:

You can find a better deal somewhere, I was selling an extra one that was in nice condition and worked for 20.00 locally, it took a long time to sell. But yeah, dealing with people locally as a seller and buyer is a pain.

Maybe they got cold feet because they were weirded out about meeting a total stranger in a WalMart parking lot for a measly ten dollars

I do it now and then but I know a lot of Craigslist people get cold feet

Our police department encourages people to meet at the local precinct station. I've never done it, but would if I was selling something high dollar.

I had a buyer a couple months ago that wanted to meet at the police station. They still never showed up. Most of my craigslist experiences have been positive but I've still waited for a no-show quite a few times. The least they could do is send a message.
