The once popular but underground Seattle rap group Self Tightl'd had a song on their second album "Hustla'z Livin' Hell" called "Runnin' Out of Time" that sampled the music from the Surface level of Goldeneye 007 except sped up.
The bass part on another track also reminds me of some music in one of the King's Field games along with the keyboard part, but similarities aren't necessarily samples. I'd really have to play the games again and listen for the parts I'm thinking of. It might have just been the musical notes used were the same while the instrumentation really isn't quite the same.
