Default Game capture device for CRT TV?

Im looking for a game capture device. My computer runs 32-bit Windows 10 and is a Lenovo Ideapad 100S. Couldnt tell you the specs. Im looking for a capture device that accepts RF, composite, and S Video running to a CRT TV. I know nothing about how they work.

If worst comes to worse I have an HD upscaler going to my other TV but would prefer to run it on the CRT

My suggestion is almost perfect; the Dazzle DVC 100 takes composite and S-Video, and I got a secondhand one for just $10. Natively supported by Linux too, although in your case that's not applicable. Luckily my CRT has a composite output port even if the input signal is coming from RF. Without that I don't know what your RF capture solution would be. Probably can't beat S-Video support at a price point around $10, so maybe take one of those, and find a second device just for RF?

I'm just confused by how this is worded. You're looking for a device to capture game footage from RF, composite, and S-Video. You want this to output to a CRT TV, yet you're mentioning specs for your PC. Are you looking to capture this on a PC? Or just output footage to a CRT like using a DVD recorder?

I dont know what Im looking for. I guess what I want to know is of its possible to just record footage of gameplay on a CRT and have that footage converted directly into an .mp4 file

From a crt to a pc? If I'm understanding that right it would require a video camera pointed at the screen. If you just want to record footage of playing a game while viewing it on a crt, then a Dazzle or similar device should work, though you might need a video splitter.
