Back when they were new, no, but I did come across a headgear unit and some games for dirt cheap later on, probably in the 2000s. I could never figure out how to get it to work, so I don't know if the thing is broken or if I'm just doing something wrong. I wanted to get one of the handheld models eventually, but it's such a low priority to me that I still haven't bothered, and I have no idea what the prices are like these days.

I have one, with a few games that I couldn't be bothered taking out of the package to attempt to play. Picked the headset version up in a thrift store, due to my near-sightedness I couldn't see the "graphics" through their cheap plastic viewfinder thing. I have the Panzer Dragoon game for it, along with a Batman and Robin movie tie-in game. Can't muster up any desire to use the thing. I came across the handheld/tabletop version of the R-Zone in a thrift a long time ago but didn't buy it (too expensive), I've never seen another one since. Only bought the headset one as a novelty, it's lost somewhere in a Rubbermaid storage tub filled with other forgettable junk.
