Default Looking for a CRT that will display overscan

I'm one of those crazy people who wants to see the ugly borders and random dots around the picture on Genesis and NES games. I dont need a PVM because they are priced way beyond what is reasonable, and size isnt a huge issue, as long as it's at least 25-32"

Are you looking for specific brands or looking to buy? If this topic should be moved, just let me know.

You can adjust this for most any CRT from the previous two decades by accessing their respective service menu.

Then I doubt you know what you're doing because there are a wealth of adjustments available for most sets.
