Analogue Super NT and Mega SG restocked today

i will probably be getting a super NT on the 28th.

are the "preorders" opening at midnight or some other time?

preorders are up, last i checked you could still get one but i got up early just in case and got mine.

estimated delivery is Q4 2023 which i am hoping is a typo otherwise they must be having a hard time getting those altera fpgas to have an over a year lead time
i thought about getting a Sg too but figured i'd give the wallet a break

After waiting what seemed like an eternity, I just ordered a Pocket Adapter Set allowing me to play games other than Nintendo on my Analogue Pocket. The delivery estimate was Q3 2023. They must be having a hard time getting acrylic as well.
I'll never forget the first Analogue Super NT I purchased was the all black model. It was the only version available at the time and I never did care for the looks of it and never opened it. Later I was able to buy a NTSC version and thought I was just stuck with a black version I didn't like. What I really wanted was a Japanese version for my Super Famicom collection of games instead. Then I bought an NTSC version of the Mega SG. And then finally I was able to afford buying the Japanese version of the Mega SG for my Japanese shmup collection. But when the Japanese Mega SG was delivered, I received a Japanese Super NT instead! Well I had wanted one of those for a long time, but instead of just keeping it, I informed Analogue of the mistake and they arranged to return it for the Japanese Mega SG I had ordered. When I returned the Super NT, I put the black version I had been stuck with in the box instead. Analogue never said a word about it and all my problems were solved.

oh damn. well hopefully this will be the first product in history to come early

my guess is that its more than just acrylic in those, there might be some circuitry in them thats hard to source.

i love the super nt..i have the black one and its great...have final fantasy 2...would love the mega sg...but the thing that kills it for me is it cant connect to the sega 32x..so i'm sticking with my original genesis/32x/cd combo with the pound cable right now
