Default Price assistance and other assistance - Stadium Events Nes.

I have an opportunity to purchase a complete in box Stadium Events. I have been out of the Nes game for a while and don't want to make a mistake. Here are the pics:

Thanks for posting! Have you also asked at Nintendo Age or searched for past threads here at the DPRR?

Nintendo age now is not the same nintendo age it used to be. theres a forum there but it only has 42 threads.
as far as legit-nes of the cart, you'll have to open it honestly. Compare it against the PCB pictures on bootgod's NESDB site here: https://nescartdb.com/profile/view/1394/stadium-events
and compare prices on pricecharting: https://www.pricecharting.com/game/n...stadium-events

that price may seem inflated but everything is right now in the retro world.

My overall collection has broken $50k and i dont have everything documented, its gained about $10k in value according to market conditions just sitting around this last year.
    I havent added much.

You'll kind of have to make your own determination on something this "rare" since there arent many sales of complete units.
I'm running into the same issue with my sharp NES tv, average going rate is about $2k but none of them have both black controllers, all the feet, all the doors and the remote like mine so my asking price is going to look inflated but its more complete than others

    edit:
going back through the pictures it seems odd to me that a game released in 87 is a three screw flathead type cart instead of a security screw type.
i'm no expert but i donno, feels off to me.

Security screws seem to have been used starting in early 1988.
I recall that from reading a document years ago comparing games made in both three and five screw variants, and it seemed to point towards early 1988 (games more common in five screw were generally older games than that, while those more common in three screw were comparatively newer games). Though three screw flathead carts DO exist, I'm sure I have one of them somewhere.
Late 1987 would seem like the right time for such a cart to exist.
I had a feeling and I was able to quickly locate it to verify that my Kid Icarus IS a flathead three-screw which would probably match up timewise.
