Flickering Virtual Boy...

As if it wasn't migraine-inducing enough, my Virtual Boy has a flickering screen...IIRC it's the left one, and the right one is fine. Is there any info on fixing these at all?

Yup... I really should put together a nice how-to for fixing this kinda problem, since it does come up a lot... but check out my site - http://projectvb.vze.com , look at the dissecting the VB section for instructions on how to pull it apart... and the part that is causing the problems is the tape cable going to the LED bar board on the display. The way I've fixed them in the past is by taking a piece of electrical tape and taping the part where it touches the board firmly to the board... there is no real connector there, it's just kinda glued there, which causes lots of problems, so you need to reinforce it a little bit with some tape.
