    Default Will a CV power switch replace/clean solve a blank screen?

    I get nothing but a black screen when I turn on my CV now. No 'Please insert game message, nothing. Will the ol' switch or clean fix for the power swith fix this as well as garbled graphics?

    I'd either multimeter test your power supply output, or try a known working CV power supply.

    Bad power supplies can produce black screen.

    I 2nd this idea. The power supply is almost always the root of CV problems. Don't throw away the PS though because one PS that may not work on one system will work on another. They're weird.
