    Default restoring Coleco tabletops

Any advice for restoring these bad boys? My main problem is the peeling stickers. I tried using rubber cement on my Pac Man, but that was a no-go, plus it discolored the sticker. Also need help with control panels coming loose. Any ideas? Anyone with experience in this area?

A related question; which games were released? If I recall correctly they were:

    Pac Man
    Ms. Pac Man
    Galaxian
    Donkey Kong
    Frogger

Am I missing something here? Maybe Zaxxon...was that Coleco (I know it had a different case than these)? Galaga?

Possibly Popeye? I seem to remember that one for some reason...

you're missing zaxxon yes, it is a different case, it uses two screens merged on a mirror to give that 3D view. IMHO opinion its the caddy of tabletops and a must have. you're also missing donkey kong jr. which was produced by nintendo but sold under the coleco brand in the US (coleco owned the US rights). alien attack sort of meets the bill, its just not a direct arcade port.
cooler still are the unreleased games- berzerk and omega race, check em out here-

popeye is nintendo's own tabletop, a mutant game and watch, same design as dkjr.

some guy used to ebay repro coleco tabletop stickers, dont know if he's still at it.

Anyone know where to get replacement battery covers?

I found a Donkey Kong tabletop at a flea market for a dollar. All its missing is the top sticker and the battery cover.

Thanks for clearing that Popeye issue up. A friend of mine once had another of the Nintendo units, Mario's Cement Factory. Weird game, but fun.

yes in that line theres- popeye, mario's cement factory, donkey kong jr. (available overseas in a beige color scheme) and snoopy's tennis. i've been a voracious tabletop collector for years and i still dont have snoopy's tennis, it commands high ebay prices and no one ever has it on their tradelist sigh... its sort of strange that they're considered game and watches, but in fact they do have a clock feature, like anybody would use something that clunky for timekeeping they're pretty unusual for tabletops because they are colored LCD with a solar window for back lighting, most other tabletops are VFD or LED.

hmm maybe i should dust off my handheld guide and get back to writing, if only spreadsheets were'nt so boring.

I would encourage you to do so. I know such guides are available elsewhere on the web, but we could use one local to DP.

Check out this auction. It's actually for a Coleco power pack, but a Frogger battery cover is included, which will fit your Donkey Kong:
