I've been browsing the french and german ebay's for some snes games and I have a question.
Do german and french snes games come in english? Or are the menus, texts and so on translated?

Unfortunately, it depends entirely on the game. Some were released in multiple languages, some in just a couple, and some have option screens to change the language.

PAL releases are predominantly in English, but have various European language translations in the manuals. But the main language for all manuals and inserts IS English.

Most of the games are in English that are Pal, but some are in different languages, basically you have to get lucky.
