Default Cleaning the Card Input on a PBC (or SMS)

    (MOTHERFUCKING DIAL-UP CONNECTION...argh
    having to re-type sucks)

Anyways, I got a PBC converter in the mail, and I'd like to clean the card input on it, without breaking it. I don't know if the card input works or not (yet), as I don't own any card games. However, since it was kinda dusty, and the fact that the card slot is 'open', I'm assuming it needs to be cleaned. How to?

BTW, I actually have 2 PBC's now. One has a screw on each side of the pin connector, and the other has holes on each side, but no screws. Perhaps the previous owner removed the screws? Maybe they are just cosmetic, or maybe the screws aren't there, so it was later glued to the board.

The way I clean my TG-16 (and most other cartridge ports, including the power base converter) is to take a cloth dabbed in rubbing alchohol and fold it over a credit card. After a few back and forth motions of this it tends to get the dirt.

Not the cartridge port, but the 'Card Input'...

err thats what i think he means, that should work fine. I use bar coasters, cut them to size, dab a litle alcohol on them, and give em a liddle of tha ole in and out.
My life and perception has changed, but my principals are the same.
