I swear I had no idea that thread would go so horribly wrong when I started it the other day. I apologize.

In fact, I'm more embarrassed that I started this thread than I am that I played the N'Sync game...

If this thread were an ancient totem, I would smash it or hurl it into a bottomless pit to save the earth from succumbing to the possibility of even thinking about any highlights in Richard Simmons' career.

I'm sorry! I never Intended my joke to get this out of hand either though I've enjoyed it! It's been funny as can be though, you can't deny that. I just joined DigitPress the other day I didn't plan on making my mark this quickly. If it makes you feel better I own a couple of *NSync CDs (one of which is setting next to kid Rock and Linkin Park. Another is Next to POD Nickelback and another Kid Rock.

No problem, Weasel. Welcome to digitpress.com!

Actually, I'm glad to have a hot topic. It's nice to be popular. It doesn't happen to me as often as I'd like...

The origin of the robotic Richard Simmons:

Troy: [voiceover] A few years back, Bart was adopted by Mr. Burns. In this very special outtake, Homer attempts a reconciliation with his estranged son. Watch.
    Homer: Bart, you're coming home.
Bart: I want to stay here with Mr. Burns.
Burns: I suggest you leave immediately.
Homer: Or what? You'll release the dogs, or the bees, or the dogs with bees in their mouths, and when they bark, they shoot bees at you? Well, go ahead. Do your worst.
Burns: "Do my worst", eh? Smithers, release the robotic Richard Simmons.
[a door open and said robot walks out]
Simmons: Come on, big boy! Shake that butter off those buns.
[a speaker pops out of its head and plays "Shake Your Booty"]
    Homer: Aah! [runs away]
Simmons: Come on, come on, girls! Shake, shake, shake!
Burns: Smithers, it's out of control!
Smithers: I'll take him out, Sir!
[cocks shotgun, blasts it in the head]
[the hole closes up a la T2 and the dancing resumes]
Simmons: [slowing down] Shake, shake, shake! Shake, shake, shake! Shake, shake, shake...
Smithers: His ass is going to blow!
[they all run in the house]
[the robot explodes, its head landing far away]

Hahaha, I've actually played that game.

I don't own any games I'm ashamed of. Every game I own either kicks ass, or is a good game. I refuse to own a game I won't play... I tell people I'm a bit of a game collector and if they scoff at me, fuck them.

I kinda feel sorry for the people try to keep the thread on-topic.

Okay, to redirect the topic here: I have a Sesame Street game for the NES. I forget which one. I haven't played it in ages. Why I continue to hold on to it, I know not.

The little mermaid and mickey mousecapade for the Nes. Little mermaid was easy but mickey mousecapade pisses me off, it was directed towards little kids but even an adult cant beat that pieace of trash. I cant beleive that games wears the capcom name!

Basically almost every title in my sega cd collection with the exception of rise of the dragon.

Whatever you do, do not play fahrenheit for the sega cd, worst game ever.

Sadly, I don't own any games I'm embarrased to own. And actually, I get off on telling people all the weird games I own. Some reason it makes me feel good.

I don't have any Sesame Street games yet because they're way too expensive at GS. I had one years ago when I bought a DOA NES off eBay. I stupidly traded all the games in that I didn't want. I wish I had kept them. If I had known I'd be a collector 3 years later. We also used to have both Pokémon Snap and Pokémon Stadium. But we traded those too. Dammit!

The only game I have that was mentioned here is M.C.Kids. That game is actually GOOD. I feel any licensed game that is actually playable can't be bad. The Virgin and Capcom Disney games for the SNES and Genesis are some examples.

My dream is to have every game that makes normal people embarrased to own. Because I can't be embarrased by them.

Hello Kitty's Cube Frenzy is a game that I like to play, but don't really talk about in public.

    Default ok

    Ok, Ok.

I've got you all beat, but don't tell ANYONE, please?

I own two copies of Choaniki: Great Brother for the PC Engine. One is sealed mint. A paid way more than you'd guess for them, and yes, I am indeed a heterosexual.

    Can anyone top that?

I own both Richard Scarys Busy Town and Crystals Pony Tale for the Genny. I also believe that the whole backyard sports series are the best sports games out there.

games I should be embarrased about but just am not. Barney for genesis, power rangers (actually pretty good games except for the scd) and whac a critter for the genesis (pathetic excuse for a game) I am not afraid to tell people about these games because I am a completionist and I collect them and don't play them. Now if I owned (let alone find one) a Whac A Critter Controller I may have something to be embarrased to own!!!!
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

Games I used to have that were embarrasing were Power Rangers for the SNES and a Winnie the Pooh game for the Gameboy Color. Sold 'em a couple years ago cuz I never played 'em.

At CGE 2K3 when I was working on my NGPC collection and I bought this one game at the Neo-Geo booth that was complete and kind of interesting-looking, but entirely in Japanese. A guy translated for me right before I bought it: "Melon-Chan's Growth Diary."

It's fun to tell people about that one, they just get that "WTF... wha...huh?" look on their face. If I could read Japanese, I could tell you more about it, but it seems like a sort of Tamagotchi game with a little girl (apparently named Melon-Chan) to raise.

I wonder if that beats rbudrick... or at least competes...

I'm actually enjoying getting some of the super fruity stuff from Japan.

I just bought Twinbee: Rainbow Bell Adventures (SFC), but I'm not embarassed about it.

My wife did give me a strange look about Marchen Adventure Cotton 100% (SFC), though.
