JVC X-eye instructions needed

looking for a scan or text copy of the JVC x-eye's user manual. trying to figure out the"format RAM" and such.

I don't have them, but I'm gussing that "format RAM"=delete memory.

right, theres a couple of format mem and ram menus but i'm not sure whats going with the controls and saves etc.

they've got to be out there somewhere but so far no luck in google land
