Default sfc game processor ram cassette ??

i have already posted this in other forums but no one was able to help me so far.
i got this cart off yahoo.jp some time ago:
    http://d4s.type4.homeip.net/sfc_dingswurstcart.jpg
i believe it must have been part of some development
or coding school kit, this cart has 4mbit battery backed up sram
instead of rom, unfortunaly the battery was removed and the data erased before the cart was sent to me.
its definitely a genuine nintendo product,it has a 1994 copyright and
the product code is gpc-ramc-4m.(not shvc)
i'd like to get ahold of the rest of this kit(programming unit, software, etc)
or atleast get some further information on it.
    does anybody know something?

first time i see this cart, and it's not listed in the guide, so i think you made a very good find, maybe it has something to do with those "downloadable" games??

ach du bist auch aus dland?is ja lustig

yeah, they seem to be pretty rare but im sure it hasnt anything to do with the nintendo power system, where you could download games onto a flashcart in supermarkets.
the nintendo power system started in 1997,besides it uses flashrom, not sram, and the NP-carts have a custom ic onboard that controls all the programming and interfacing, this cart here doesnt have such a chip.
