Looking for old Atari 2600 Activision magazine ad

I'm searching for an old Atari 2600 Activision magazine ad and have a lot of trouble finding it. I remember seeing it in the Classic Gaming Expo museum this year, but was unable to track down the owner.

If you have a copy of this ad -- which is quite funny -- please let me know; or if you have any idea where I could find it, that would be awesome. I'm trying to get a high-res scan of it so I can enlarge it to poster size for my friend's birthday. This is my last resort, as I haven't been able to find any websites that have a scan.

That would be a great poster for a collector! I haven't seen this one in any of my old mags though.
