    Default Aladdin Deck Enhancer

Forgive my lack of a DG guide (I am getting one for xmas) but how much is an Aladdin Deck Enhancer worth with all of the corresponding games?

somebody has a BUNCH of sealed sets that he sells for less than $100 each, i forget the exact price. i also remember somebody saying that he has thousands of those sealed sets so the price will probably only go down since they aren't as rare anymore.

He's got 4 going right now.
Wow, I can't decide which one to get: the $75 set, or the $450 set? x_x

As a side note, can anyone comment on these things. Are the games any good? I am a collector, but first and foremost I am a gamer. I'd hate to spend nearly $100 for 6 crappy games.

BTW, how many more Aladdin games are there?

There are 7 games total. Dizzy the Adventurer comes bundled with the ADE itself. The other 6 are all available in gold or silver regular cartridges. No need to get them really, unless you are a completist collecter. If you are a gamer, the only game you NEED the ADE to play is the pack-in Dizzy the Adventurer. Of course, there are very slight differences in some of the ADE versions (Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy for example), but they are insignificant.

As far as quality is concerned, Camerica games are second only to Tengen in the world of unlicensed nes games. Many of the games are far superior to licensed games IMHO. And Micro Machines is the best 2-player game on the system (again, in my opinion).

Actually the Aladdin version of Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy is very different from the cartridge one. Dizzy walks at a much faster pace, the spider enemies move in a more predictible pattern, and the item locations are different. The game is quite a bit easier than it's cartridge counterpart.

    This guy is a wierdo..

I purchased it from him a while back .. used the buy it now.. he got back to me telling me it'll cost 25$US to ship to me ..

I e-mailed him back asking why so much, considering USPS is giving a quote that is 1/2 as much..

he never got back to me, and nothing happen with that transaction...

So if anyone else got a lead on these things from a good seller.. let me know!

Especially being in Canada, if the postage isn't listed, you better email before you bid, otherwise stuff like this happens. I feel your pain leonk, there really isn't much difference shipping to Canada, other than those damn custom forms, which I hate to fill out.

P.S. Micromachines is an awesome NES game, highly recommended!

    Darth:

Thanx man! It works both ways too.. I sell on eBay and most of my customers are from the US.. and I see the costs of shipping anywhere in the USA many times is cheaper than shipping to most parts of Canada! Imagine that..

Was the deck enhancer + games ever sold in Canada? Anyone know??

I'm trying to refine what is important for me to consider as a full collection (i.e. Canadian NES collection)

I've played through both (quite a while ago) and the difference is negligible in my opinion.
