Well, if anyone wants to know... Africa is a big continent.
I know some stuff is either "seakam K" or PAL...

And I care! I am all over the French Togo bootlegs of SMS. They are all Seakam K.

I've also heard Ethiopia has PAL B (they had the arabic atari stuff) but South Africa has something called PAL I. But I don't really know about either of those.

Don't laugh dude. Africa has stuff going on... I don't think most people realize that there are actually CITIES in africa... with TVs and everything. Did you think it was all National Geogrphic? Too busy dodging Rhinos to play games?
