That game he is speaking of is a Tic Tac Toe handheld game.
Back in the days before Madden 2004 they used to have REAL CHICKENS play you in Tic Tac Toe at the fairs and such. This is just an electronic version of that but its rather large as it has a big plastic chicken there plucking away.

Well since there's a bid on it, the answer is Yes.
Chickens, like Wookies, are known for being sore losers. Sales dropped when one of these robotic chickens plucked the eyes right out of an 8 year old's head shortly after losing.
